The upcoming symposium on “Cultivating Mindful and Resilient Workplaces” aims to explore and integrate evidence-based practices that enhance employee well-being and performance. We will delve into cutting-edge research and cases that demonstrate the positive impacts of these approaches on employee satisfaction, mental health, and organizational outcomes. This event will bring together industry leaders, academic experts, and practitioners to discuss innovative strategies that foster a supportive and productive workplace culture.
Our Regular Events
We organise regular events with different themes and topics:
Evening Talk – focus on current topics and target to all levels of members and guests.
Emerging Psychologists Group – tailor events (e.g. workshop / sharing session / talk) to suit emerging I-O Psychology practitioners’ needs. Our target audience for this Group is our younger members with less than 5 years of working experience in the I-O field. Sessions will be held and the topic of each session will be decided by the Group so as to cater to their needs and interests. If you would like to join this Interest Group, please email us.
Annual Mentoring Program – a yearly program to engage the I-O Psychology Master students and our younger members as mentees, and invite senior DIOP members as mentors.
